Current development that’s being worked on

We are currently starting our second phase on the popular Felgate Close in Laxfield. This is a beautiful location on the edge of the village with stunning open countryside views and a footpath link to the centre of the village. The village boasts two renowned public houses. An excellent primary school, the village also has a first-class supermarket.

The village has easy access to nation rail links and to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, including the popular town of Framlingham.

However, when I started Jordan Developments in 2002, I decided to build homes that were unique in that we will only source the best materials and design homes that will truly stand the test of time and in 100 years still be as desirable as they are today.
